About the 2026 ARS Annual Meeting
Each fall, the Arizona Radiological Society brings together radiologists, medical physicists, trainees, and practice leaders from across the state. The Annual Meeting is our chance to connect, learn from one another, and set the direction for radiology in Arizona for the year ahead.
This year's meeting is Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Piper Pavilion on the Valleywise Health Medical Center campus in Phoenix. Morning starts at 8:00 AM, and the day ends at 3:00 PM
Why attend
The program covers what's changing in the field and in practice. Hear the latest from the American Board of Radiology, including the return of the Diagnostic Radiology Oral Exam in 2028. You'll also get practical sessions on AI in medicine, breast care, and personal finance for radiologists. Plus, a legislative briefing from the Arizona Medical Association will cover what's ahead in the coming session.
The day closes with the ARS business meeting, where members hear from Society leadership and take care of Society business. If you want a say in how our specialty is represented, this is the room to be in.
Who should attend
Everyone in Arizona radiology is welcome. That includes practicing radiologists in private practice and academics, medical physicists, fellows, residents, and medical students interested in the field. Early-career members are especially encouraged to come and meet the people shaping the Society. Resident Dinner
